Student Agencies Properties is Student Agencies' Real Estate operations and management division. SAI Properties' portfolio includes the 409-415 stretch of College Avenue, which houses SAI's own offices, 17 residential apartments, 6 commercial units, and the new entrepreneurial incubator space known as eHub. The 17 residential apartments include studios, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom apartments, while the commercial tenants are Collegetown Bagels, Bear Necessities, The Bike Rack, Ruloff's and 7/11. SAI Properties also manages an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse used primarily by Big Red Shipping & Storage.
